Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
This refers to the time it takes for us to receive you order and print and prepare your artwork for shipping. This does not include carrier shipping time.

Original Artwork: 1-4 business days
Small Prints (5x7, 8x10, and 11x14): 1-4 business days
Large Prints (12x16 and higher): 4-6 business days
Commissioned Artwork: 1-3 weeks based on how busy we are at the time of order. We will discuss timeline more through your inquiry, as commissions vary on size/detail/etc.
Return & Exchange Policy
Original Artwork
All purchases of original artwork are final. We do not accept cancellations, exchanges or refunds.
Art Prints
Exchange & Return Policy: All Art Print sales are final. We are not able to offer refunds or returns as all prints are "made to order". We allow exchanges only within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery for prints in undamaged condition. You may exchange a print for another print of equal or greater value. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with an exchange and paying any difference in price.

Cancellation Policy: All Art Print sales are final. Art Print orders can only be cancelled if the print has not been printed yet, as all orders are "made to order" at the time of purchase. In some cases, art prints are printed immediately so there is no guarantee you will be able to cancel your print order.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Policy: Any damaged, lost, or stolen artwork must be reported within 14 days of delivery. When reporting damage you must share your order number, photos of the damage, and photos of the exterior and interior view of the packaging that the artwork arrived in. Damaged, lost, or stolen artwork will be replaced. No refunds will be given.

Misprints Sale or any other sale: All sales are final. Cancellations, exchanges and refunds are not available.
